Returning players: This is a great way to stay in shape and improve on our season last year. All Open gyms are held in the Spec gym. Strength & Conditioning Schedule
With Coach Liz M/W/TH: 5:30-7pm With Coach Dean M/W: 6:30-8am & 2:30-4:30pm T/TH: 6:30-8am & 3-5pm |
